New GTC - For any additional payment made into the policy (excluding the initial payment), the proportion invested in the Lifinity Euro fund may not exceed a maximum percentage set by the Insurer. This maximum percentage cannot exceed 50% of the amount invested. This maximum percentage is also available from your advisor and the AXA WEALTH EUROPE teams.
Regulatory information concerning the € fund
Pursuant to Articles L132-22 and A132-7 of the French Insurance Code as amended by the Pacte Act of 22 May 2019:
(1) Gross of administrative management fees and excluding social security and tax deductions.
